Build Your Own Greenhouse

I love gardening, but I have dogs, so I finally got the perfect solution for coming. I built a greenhouse. It is not the best structure looking, but practical. I can grow vegetables and fresh herbs year-round, and I do not care the dogs dig my plants.

My greenhouse structure, consisting of a light but strong. I had to be strong enough to hold the dogs. The structure is covered with plastic so that the heat plantsand error.

We live in a temperate climate, so do not have to worry about the cold insulation. We have some very hot day and I have a shade cloth can peak position on the border, when his sun am

Greenhouses come in many sizes, so you should be able to find something to suit your needs. They can be purchased in kit greenhouses or you can buy stuff, and mount it yourself. It 's easy. If you do not feel safeenough to assemble your own, you could hire someone to put it up for you.

You do not have to build anything fancy. My friend covered a child's playpen with plastic wrap from his kitchen. It was a quite effective little greenhouse. He used it for starting seedlings and for acclimatising plants he intended to place outside, from indoors.

My children built their own mini greenhouses using soft drink bottles. You cut an empty soft drink bottle in half and plant your seeds or plant into the base with a little bit of potting mix. You then place the top over the base and you have yourself a mini greenhouse.
